Sorry, but I am having trouble understanding your question because you do not speak and spell English very well. From what I gather, you are having trouble reading your email because of the language it is in. On the main Yahoo page you can select the language that you want. There is another place to select languages on the answers front page.

change the language encoding from the top of the page, choose "view" then "encoding" then "arabic"
