Especially if you are having problems with the other co-workers. For example: In the front office, a sister and brother work across from each other. The brother's fiance, soon to be wife sits next to his sister. This is all wrong and it's in our handbook stating that it is wrong. Thing about it is that the fiance is my one of my boss' favorite. She wouldn't get rid of her even if she missed a lot of days at work. I already confronted the boss about this and she couldn't even defend herself. I hate working in this office setting. Another reason is because they like to critisize and offend me because I'm the only one that is not marrierd and has 2 kids.
How do you ask your boss to recommend you for anther job?
Nobody in this world owe you a living. Sorry, but you seem so childlish. If you want to leave you job, do not expect your boss to help you, Leave, good ridance.
Reply:Mention to your boss that you would like to persue opportunities outside your work area to expand your knowledge of the company. Ask if she could help you do that.
