Yes, and it doesn't take very long at all. I spent over 2yrs in Moscow, didn't even speak Russian when i went, and within a few months had the accent down. Only way most could tell i was American was when i started to speak English.

Im trying to classify this flower and i had put it down as a windflower. Now Im trying to find the species and all the windflowers i see have only like 5 petals. Whats my problem?
The petals are much long than they are wide, and are kind of overlapping each other. It has a green center and many anther sticking up in the middle. Any help is welcome. I found this flower in central texas

I have a laptop and the only thing thats broken is the fan. I didn't backup my files so I'm wondering is there another way to retrieve my files so I can transfer them to anther comp.

im not sure but i think your trying ot network the two PC's together. if you are then off you "modem" there should be another slot behind it where you can plug in your network cable. run it to your computer and you should be ok. if it only has one then you need ot get a switch connect your modem to your switch the switch will then split the signal to both your computer. the nice thing about a switch it doesnt split your bandwith it outputs the same amount of bandwith to both computers so it is pretty nice.

then you need to make sure you have the modems software disk which contains all the drivers ect for your modem
now roll out the ethernet cable from the modem to your 2nd computer and then plug the one ned into the modem and the other end into the
network socket on your 2nd p.c,this is ussually next to the two usb ports underneath the mouse and keyboard ps2 sockets
now the ethernet lead is connected,you need to install the modem software exactly the same as when you installed it on your 1st computer,if your asked what connection you are using,answer it "ethernet"
once the disk has finished installing,then you should(in theory)be able to go online on your second computer
the same method can be used for a third computer if required,and so on
wireless connections are similar,except for a few minor differences,follow instruction during installation
note:the blue lead you were describing in your question is a u.s.b connection lead,these are slower than the ethernet lead but not by much,so dont disconnect it

When is the right time to start excerising after having a baby?
I am due in anther month. I would like to know when i should start excersing to get rid of the baby weight. I am reading some of the questions and everyone is giving different answers. Is there anything that would help get rid of the weight.

1) Breastfeed--it will do wonders for losing weight.
2) Ask your doctor. I had a c-section and couldn't exercise for a month. Of course, that was fine with me because I was still pretty tender for about 2 months.
3) Don't be so consumed with losing the weight that you forget about your new baby. You have gained weight, but that's part of the process. Leave yourself 6 months to get down to a normal weight. You won't be stressed with losing weight. Since I'm assuming this is your first baby, you have NO idea how hectic the first few months can be. EVERYONE is trying to get used to this new baby who needs feeding EVERY 3 HOURS! Learn to love your body, no matter what size you are.

- We have to assume that life on this other planet has evolved something like here on earth; at least as far as plants are concerned (the evolution of plants is what has provided our atmosphere with abundant oxygen). But we don't know about the anmals.
- More importantly; we don't know about any microbes present on this new planet. there could be new forms of bacteria that we have no resistance towards.
- The atmosphere might be poisonous (eg, contain a lot of methane)
- Life may have evolved quite differently to us, and we might not be able to survive without considerable 'terraforming' (making it like earth). We would have to take our own animals and plants, and start our own agriculture there. Why would we environmentally decimate ANOTHER planet?
- What if it had emerging intelligent life; but less advance than us (eg, a stone age culture)? How would we relate to them? Why would it be our right to interfere with their planet?
- What if there was a much MORE advanced civilisation than ours? They might regard us as a breedable food stock.
- The possibility of finding a planet like earth; just the right size, with just the right sun, at just the right distance, and have evolved in just the right way becomes vanishingly small.

I did it this way: All my songs were in my ipod and I had accidenatlly erased my songs folder to begin with so the question became: How to get my music out of my ipod and back to my PC? Luckily I found this program called ipod ACCESS which let's you do just that,extract all the songs on your ipod to a folder which you specify on your PC.
So I suggest you get this program installed in your new computer,copy all the songs from your old computer to your ipod,then download itunes from www.apple.com onto your new computer and extract all the songs from your ipod using Access to your new computer and finally start itunes in order to have all the songs audited.

They meet at the 50cm mark, or the COM (center of mass) for the meter stick. That is if you don't hold onto it with one hand and just move the other.
